After doing this project, I have realized a few things.
It is important to only but things you need in life, and not more than that. For example, if I can afford an apartment that is 900 square feet, but I only need a 300 square foot apartment, I shouldn’t spend more on something I don’t need. I need to pay off my student loans as soon as possible. Student Loans are a pain, and even though they take up almost half my budget, I need to pay them off. Loan fees can stack up, and eventually you will pay more for fees than the original amount you put in. I learned that I need to make a budget every month, because It will help me be financially successful.
If my persona could have a do-over, I would spend more on student loans. I have enough to spare an extra $100 a month to pay my student loans. This would pay my student loans off faster, and it wouldn’t hurt my persona’s wealth.
